The orthotics come in two parts that work in pairs for better clinical effect. The Advance-Pro is designed to sit atop the Heel-Pro. The Advance-Pro can be used with or without the Heel-Pro. Using both together is preferred for optimal clinical benefits, especially when body weight exceeds 160 lbs. or when severe pronation is present. The Heel-Pro can be activated with water and fitted at the same time, or at any time after the Advance-Pro is fitted.
